HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You can start by calling now or scheduling a time for me to call you. On your call we’ll discuss your availability and needs. And from there, we can schedule a complimentary personal training session.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

You can wear clothes that are breathable and you feel comfortable moving in. A t-shirt and gym shorts or gym pants would work great.

I’M ONLY LOOKING FOR A ONE-TIME SESSION. DO YOU DO THAT?

No, I only work with clients who are interested in working with a personal training on a weekly, ongoing basis. I do not offer single sessions at this time.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Personal training rates are comparable to private psychotherapy rates. I’ll give you a quote on our phone consultation.

I HAVE AN INJURY/ILLNESS/DISABILITY. CAN YOU WORK WITH ME?

Yes. I specialize in working with people who have injuries and have a great deal of experienced working with a range of injuries and health conditions. We will discuss your specific needs on the phone to ensure you are getting the best, personalized training program possible.

I’VE NEVER WORKED WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER. HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M READY?

Over the years I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients at all fitness levels. There’s no need to feel shame or that you need to prepare for personal training. Whether you’re an experienced lifter looking to burnish your skills or some one who’s thirty pounds overweight and has never exercised before, the workouts should feel the same — challenging, but doable.
